Classes will be in Spanish If you enjoy eating chocolate and you wonder if you can create your own chocolates or decorations but do not dare to do it, you must come to this 3 class course where you will learn all about chocolate. In the first class, our pastry chef will teach you the differences between the different types of chocolate, identify which one to use for each recipe and practice tempering techniques. You will make decorations such as cigarettes, curls and other ideal shapes to decorate your desserts and cakes with a touch of chocolate. In the second class he will tell us the secrets to make cutout and dipping bonbons, their fillings and decorations. You could design your own combinations and delight yourself with various chocolates from different parts of the world. To finish you will learn in the third class to make molded bonbons and tablets that are ideal to give or enjoy with your family or friends. In this course you will learn how to make your decorations, develop new pastry techniques, produce chocolates, truffles, tablets and eat all the chocolate you want!
