Description

If you want to learn how to make classic French pastries such as eclairs, pies, mousses and mini desserts ideal for any birthday or reunion… you must come to this 4-class course! In each class our pastry chef will teach you a different technique and the secrets to obtain crispy doughts, a soft pastry cream and other tips that will sweeten your meetings.

Class 1 - March 14: Eclairs
  Learn the technique of Pâte à Choux that is used to make eclairs, profiteroles and swans. We will make the pastry cream fillings and colored
icing.


Class 2 - March 21: Pies & Tarts
  Learn the difference between pastry doughs and when to use each to get the perfect pie. We will make a strawberry and pastry cream tart, a
 frangipane with caramelized pears tart and a chocolate and dulce de leche tart.


Class 3 - March 28: Mousses
  This class focuses on the technique of mousses. We will make a classic chocolate mousse, a passion fruit mousse and the delicious crème
brûlée.


Class 4 - April 4: Mini Desserts
  In this class you will learn how to make a mini version of three desserts that everyone loves: Tres leches, cold shot of Cheesecake and Key Lime pie.
