Description

This short course is designed for those who enjoy decorating cakes as a hobby or at a professional level and want to perfect themselves. In the first theoretical class you will learn how to prepare homemade fondant, calculate fondant quantities, yield and costs according to the design, basic rules of cake design and develop your own projects under the guidance of our pastry chef. In the following three classes you will realize a baby shower project, a project for birthday or anniversary and finally an advanced cake for marriage. This course is what you need to take your skills to the next level, whether you want to sell cakes or do it as entertainment. You can not lose this!
